The Brief
Urban Splash asked us to create the digital home for House, its modular housing venture. We developed and launched a website integrated with Salesforce, a set of digital sales tools and an interactive online configurator that lets prospective buyers design and customise their new home in real time.
The platform supports House by Urban Splash's development of the East Float neighbourhood at Wirral Waters, a joint venture with Peel L&P creating approximately 350 homes built with modern methods of construction. The scheme introduces a new modular housing typology, Row House, designed by Liverpool-based architects shedkm and debuting in Merseyside, with customisation options including the choice of a rooftop terrace, decisions buyers can explore directly in the configurator.
For Urban Splash the project marked a return to its Merseyside roots, 28 years after the company began developing workspace and city centre apartments in Liverpool.
