Your private tenant, single sign-on realm, central logging, audit and support come with the workspace at no separate fee; there are no packages or plans to pick, nothing counts your users, and everything is billed by the hour with no contracts or minimum terms, on one invoice.

Every app has a resource profile: the compute, memory and storage it is guaranteed. The rate follows the profile, so a lightweight tool costs a few pounds a month and a full ERP costs more, regardless of how many people use them. Each app's own page states its profile and rate.

The comparison that matters
Per-seat SaaS grows with your headcount and locks you into annual terms. How does hourly billing actually work?
Everything you run is metered by the hour at the published rate-card price and lands on one monthly invoice. The monthly figures on this site are simply the hourly rate multiplied out (730 hours), because monthly numbers are easier to compare. Stop an app and its meter stops; there is no notice period and nothing to cancel.
Do you charge per user, or for the workspace itself?
Neither. There is no platform fee and nothing counts users: your tenant, single sign-on, logging and audit come with the workspace at no charge, and app pricing is based on the resources each app needs, not on how many people log in. That is the opposite of SaaS pricing, where every new hire raises the bill for every tool.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. Billing is hourly with no commitments: start an app when you need it, stop it when you don't, and pay for the hours in between. Where we carry out substantial setup work such as a large data migration, we may agree an initial term that reflects it, and we will always be upfront about that before you commit.
What happens if our app outgrows its resource profile?
Each app has guaranteed resources, so heavy use never affects other customers or your other apps. If monitoring shows an app is consistently hitting its limits, we recommend the next profile up and you decide. Moving between profiles is a planned change, not an outage, and the new rate simply applies from that hour.
What is included in every price?
Deployment, upgrades, security patching, nightly backups, monitoring, SSL, UK hosting with an Article 28 data processing agreement, and support from our engineers. There are no separate fees for the basics of running the platform properly.
Can we get a custom arrangement for a larger rollout?
Yes. Larger rollouts can add federated single sign-on with your existing directory, custom compliance requirements, dedicated resources, a custom SLA and volume pricing across many apps. Talk to us about what you are rolling out and we will price it openly; day to day you still just pay app rates.
How do I get the welcome credit?
Sign up, then request account verification from the Billing tab of your portal. Once we approve the account, the £25 credit is applied automatically, usually the same working day. It is a light check that keeps the platform free of abuse, and you can deploy apps before it completes, billed to your card.
Are the prices shown final?
Prices come from our published rate card, exclude VAT, and each app's page states its own resource profile and rate. For anything involving migration work, GPU capacity or enterprise requirements we will confirm a fixed quote before you commit.
