The Brief

Annabel's at 46 Berkeley Square, Mayfair is one of the most exclusive private members' clubs in the world, a favourite of British high society and global elite since 1963 that once famously turned the Beatles away at the height of their fame for breaching its dress code. The club needed a digital presence that honoured that reputation.

We designed and built Annabel's website and members' platform, showcasing the club's high-profile events, film, fashion and photography, integrating a state-of-the-art content management system and linking through to Salesforce CRM to streamline member engagement and retention. Members gained seamless access to club information, event bookings and exclusive content.

Throughout, our aim was to mirror online the opulence of the physical club, which since its £55 million refurbishment in 2018 occupies an entire 18th-century townhouse with four dining areas, seven bars, a cigar salon and interiors by Martin Brudnizki. The platform modernised how Annabel's engages its members, making the digital experience as considered as the club itself.
