As a Business Analyst you act as a bridge between stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively captured and translated into functional specifications. You are responsible for identifying areas for improvement within business processes, gathering and analyzing data, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and performing gap analysis. Additionally, you will often oversee project timelines, support testing and validation efforts, and ensure that final deliverables meet the established business needs.

To become a successful Business Analyst, candidates typically need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Additionally, coursework in project management, statistics, and data analysis can be beneficial.
